THE BRIST TOUR EXPERIENCE

NATURE

The real understanding of nature is in the very small elements and their very delicate relationship with each other. With great care, farming can also contribute to this balance. We’d like to share with you our passion for being in harmony with nature and the planet, and how this respectful and long-term thinking is key in producing the very best that nature can offer.

HISTORY

Istria has been cultivated with olive trees for well over two-thousand years. Inhabited by the Illyrians, Romans, Venetians, through to modern times – all have left their mark on the land. Our grove tour is not just about nature, but understanding history and learning from it as well. We would love to hear your thoughts on how we can create a better, more positive, balanced and sustainable future.

FAMILY

Being a regular family we sometimes drive each other crazy! More often we do so because we care so much about what we do, but we don’t always agree how to do it.

That’s why we love to listen to your opinions also. We love our tours to be a sharing experience, and in this way your tour becomes a reflection of you. Whether you visit us alone to relax and recharge your batteries or come to us with your children to listen to the rustling of the trees, we are delighted.

We hope to see you soon.

Paul & Lena.
