Working hours: every day 0-24 is a specialized web shop for selling extra virgin olive oils and complimentary culinary products and is wholly owned by the company Brist d.o.o.


All prices on the Brist web shop are expressed both in HRK and in Euro and are displayed inclusive of Croatian VAT Rates. 

As of the 1st of July 2021, for businesses such as Brist, with a distance sales turnover of more than €10.000, it is required that the VAT on distance selling to private persons within other EU member states be calculated based on the state to which the package is delivered. Therefore the final price for any order, with a destination in another EU state, will be calculated during the checkout phase, and based on that state’s VAT rates, once the destination country has been inputted.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price. Shipping costs are also calculated during your checkout phase. The shipping costs depends on the country of delivery and the weight of your the shipment. Please note that the VAT on shipping is always based on the relevant Croatian VAT rate as part of the service occurs in Croatia.

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is entitled to claim. Complaints are considered valid if they respond to the terms of the complaint in accordance with the Mandatory Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer is obligated to return the product to the seller within the agreed deadline at the agreed address. The seller is obliged to replace the product within a period of 14 days from receipt of a valid complaint or to refund the entire amount paid.

According to special regulation of the European Union, dated 15.02.2016, throughout the EU, online purchase-related disputes can be resolved through a platform that you can access here: European Commission Online Dispute Resolution.

This means that if you cannot resolve a problem, directly with the seller, during the online purchases process within the EU (a defective product, the impossibility of replacing the product, etc.), you can submit a complaint through the link above.

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post the notice on this site’s front page. PayPal/Braintree uses an advanced system for secure acceptance of credit cards on the Internet.

Only in exceptional circumstances do we permit the payment of goods to private customers using Bank transfers (mobile transfers and others). Such transfers are made according to the rules of your bank and any additional charges are borne solely by the payer.


All payments made from within Croatia must be made in Croatian Kuna (HRK).

All payments made from outside of Croatia must be made in Euro.

All amounts charged to your PayPal or Credit card will match the exact amount in the currency you paid.

The Seller undertakes to maintain the privacy of all personal data of all Buyers, and shall act with them in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act or other applicable regulations.
