I guess it’s a bit like sending your children to their first school exam, always apprehension but more excitement in the hope that the efforts we all have put in over time, will reveal the very best results. And so it is, as we pack our oils and send them to the top competitions in the region and beyond.
We look forward to report back on what is sure to be considered (because of the hot summer 2015) a “vintage” year for top EVOO producers.
