We have started the process of filtering our new oils which is very important to ensure they are the highest quality and have a long shelf life – much longer than you will have any bottle open in our experience!!! It’s gonna be a great year 😉
Harvest started in earnest this week and the olives are looking really nice. It has been a very hot summer so we expect quite intense oils. Avoiding the rain showers this October should be fun!
