The French are great lovers of tasting. Tasting great wine, great cheeses and now it seems they love tasting Istrian olive oils. Over the summer of 2013, brought in by a stellar recommendation from the leading French guide book Routard, they have tasted, discussed, tasted some more and then in great numbers chosen Seline as their favourite. But why?
Well it seems that the delicate taste blends perfectly with their light and elegant cuisine. So often they discuss among themselves exactly which of their favourite dishes they will be drizzling the oil over. Different nations have different traditions and different taste preferences, but one thing is for sure – the French have a favourite and it is Seline from Brist Olive.
