Last week saw two wonderful German families join us on a tour to the Sta. Margherita olive grove, and wow did they embrace the nature of the place. It was such a joy to see young people and adults too who were so at home with all the parts of our delicately balanced eco-system. It was a pleasure to see others share our passion for understanding and working in balance with nature. Nature is wise and the more we balance with every part of it, the finer fruits she gives. I must say, Martin (below) is one of the bravest dad’s I have ever seen!
