We are underway on our new tasting deck and Nono Mate’s garden shed. It’s just something little so that we can keep the vibe on the olive grove as the farm that it is, but I can tell you that the view form where it is is stunning in the evening.

The best salad in the world and the most amazingly kept patch. Nono (Grandad) Mate just wants peace, and at 85 he deserves it. I’ll ask him to plant more tomatoes for the summer tours, but some days we just have to accept that he takes them all. After all he did plant them!!!
