Nature & Balance

It always amazes me out of the cold of winter eternally springs new growth. All around our olive is the nature of Istria which is just so beautiful. So important to us, in this part of the world, is a balance of nature. Rather than removing all other nature other than olive trees, we very much understand that every natural element, from plant diversity to the smallest bug, is key to the sustainability of nature and to our healthy growing environment.
