Trgovačka 40, 52215 Vodnjan, Croatia, eu. OIB: 37971561748 registered in the Commercial Court in Rijeka (hereinafter: Brist d.o.o.), as the head of the processing of personal data of users of its services and customers, drafted a policy on the protection of personal data of users of services and customers. Privacy Policy is a unilaterally binding legal act based on fundamental principles in the processing of personal data, which regulates which user data are collected, how such data are processed, and for what purposes they are used. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PROCESSING MANAGER REGARDING THE SECURITY OF PROCESSING
TECHNICAL DATA PROTECTION
The processing manager implements technical and organizational measures to ensure an appropriate level of security.
The processing manager shall also take measures to ensure that any individual acting under the responsibility of the controller who has access to personal data does not process that data if this is not in accordance with the instructions of the processing manager.
Taking into account the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing, as well as risks of different levels of probability and severity for risks to the rights and freedoms of individuals, the Processing Manager implements appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with Security Policies to ensure and prove processing implemented in accordance with the General Regulation.
PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION AND FURTHER PROCESSING
Brist d.o.o. collects and further processes personal data of users and/or customers for the purpose of concluding and executing contracts, making purchases or service interventions on equipment, delivery of ordered products, advice and assistance in using products, providing appropriate additional and/or extended product warranties, resolving complaints of users and/or customers and other actions related to the conclusion and execution of the contract in accordance with applicable regulations.
The processing of personal data of users and/or customers for the above purposes is a necessity and legal basis for concluding a contract, ie, in case the user and/or customer refuses to provide relevant data, the service will not be able to enter into a contract and/or take certain actions. with the execution of the concluded contract.

Podaci se obrađuju na način da se sve ili dio informacija o Kupcima – Korisnicima- Ispitanicima pohranjuju u baze voditelja obrade.
OBVEZE VODITELJA OBRADE U VEZI SA SIGURNOŠĆU OBRADE
TEHNIČKA I INTEGRALNA ZAŠTITA PODATAKA
Voditelj Obrade provodi tehničke i organizacijske mjere kako bi se osigurala odgovarajuća razina sigurnosti.
Voditelj obrade poduzima i mjere kako bi se osiguralo da svaki pojedinac koji djeluje pod odgovornošću voditelja obrade, a koji ima pristup osobnim podacima, ne obrađuje te podatke ako to nije prema uputama Voditelja obrade.
Uzimajući u obzir prirodu, opseg, kontekst i svrhe obrade, kao i rizike različitih razina vjerojatnosti i ozbiljnosti za rizike za prava i slobode pojedinaca, Voditelj obrade provodi odgovarajuće tehničke i organizacijske mjere u skladu sa Sigurnosnim politikama kako bi osigurao i mogao dokazati da se obrada provodi u skladu s Općom uredbom.
SVRHA PRIKUPLJANJA I DALJNJE OBRADE PODATAKA
Brist d.o.o. prikuplja i dalje obrađuje osobne podatke korisnika i/ili kupaca u svrhu sklapanja i izvršenja ugovora, realizacije kupovine ili servisne intervencije na opremi, dostave naručenih proizvoda, savjetovanja i pomoći pri uporabi proizvoda, pružanja odgovarajućih dodatnih i/ili produženih jamstava za proizvode, rješavanja prigovora korisnika i/ili kupaca te drugih radnji koje su povezane sa sklapanjem i izvršenjem ugovora u skladu s mjerodavnim propisima.
Obrada osobnih podataka korisnika i/ili kupaca za naprijed navedene svrhe predstavlja nužnost i pravnu osnovu za sklapanja ugovora, odnosno, u slučaju da korisnik i/ili kupac uskrati davanje bitnih podataka, usruga neće biti u mogućnosti sklopiti ugovor i /ili poduzeti pojedine radnje vezane uz izvršenje sklopljenog ugovora.

VREMENSKO TRAJANJE ČUVANJA OSOBNIH PODATAKA
Ovisno o svrsi i pravnoj osnovi temeljem koje je prikupljaju osobni podaci korisnika i/ili kupaca, Brist d.o.o. je u pojedinim slučajevima obvezno čuvati osobne podatke u vremenskom trajanju (razdoblju) koje za pojedinu svrhu propisuju mjerodavni propisi ili prestankom svrhe u koju su prikupljeni. Protekom zakonskog roka koji obvezuje Brist d.o.o. na čuvanje pojedinih osobnih podataka ili prestankom svrhe isti se brišu.
